Live Animals (Birds, Fish, and Other Live Pets)

All live animal sales are final.

No refunds, exchanges, or returns are offered on live animals under any circumstances.

No guarantees apply once an animal has left our care.

Central Pet Inc. is not responsible for illness, injury, stress, or death of any animal after purchase, as environmental conditions, handling, and care are beyond our control.
We strongly encourage customers to ask questions and ensure they are fully prepared before purchasing any live animal.
Dry Goods & Supplies (Non-Live Products)

We do not offer refunds.

Exchanges may be permitted on unopened, unused products within 14 days of purchase, with prior authorization from Central Pet Inc.

Packaging must be in original condition and suitable for resale.

Authorization Requirement
All exchanges must be approved in advance. Items returned without authorization may be refused.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Approved exchanges will be handled at our discretion.
